It is analogous </p><p>to assembly line work in that the same operation is repeated continuously the entire day. Product will come </p><p>down the conveyor at the rate of 2 to 6 rolls every 20 to 35 seconds. This is a fast-paced environment</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Check work order to determine which bags, caps boxes and labels will be needed for the day.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Print labels for the product.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bag and Box product.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp; The finished roll gets a cap in one end of the core, the bag is slid over the roll and the other end </p><p>is tucked in and capped.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp; The corresponding label is applied level and smooth, 2” from the top for Dietzgen product and </p><p>approximately 1/3rd to halfway down for Canon product.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Finished roll is inserted into box and flaps are folded and glued. You will be required to plug in </p><p>glue guns and get supply of glue sticks as needed.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp; The corresponding label is applied to the outside of the box.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Palletizing</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp; Pallets are removed from a stack approximately 4 feet high.
