As a Content Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer, you’ll join our in-house Marketing team and work on real projects that impact our brands across digital and print channels. This role begins May 2026 and provides direct exposure to branding, content creation, and creative strategy in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
-Create visuals for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets
-Develop digital and print designs (social graphics, web assets, email campaigns, printed collateral, etc.)
-Prepare and format final files for print production
Brand & Asset Management
-Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
-Manage time effectively to meet deadlines with high-quality work
-Organize and maintain digital design assets, templates, and project files
Marketing Support
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions
-Assist with assembling, packaging, and preparing marketing materials
-Update digital and physical marketing assets as needed
-Provide occasional photography/videography support (preferred, not required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign required)
-Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-Strong visual sensibility and commitment to brand consistency
-Highly organized, detail oriented, and collaborative
-Ability to design for packaging, labels, logos, digital assets, print materials, and web content
-Ability to work on site 40 hours per week
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
-Strong portfolio showcasing digital and/or print design work
